Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds on any items.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your order for customers in Lagos.

To request an exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number within 24 hours of delivery.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Message us on WhatsApp with your order number within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process

Returning Your Item for Exchange

Items must be returned to us within the 24-hour timeframe by either:

  • Arranging delivery back to us at your own cost, or
  • Dropping the item off at our designated location

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned within the 24-hour timeframe
  • All original packaging must be included

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.
